Warning: following these steps are meant for people that are using the iframe (in-page) embed for their map or are familiar enough with javascript to manually include the necessary scripts.
If you're seeing the Closeby launcher in the corner of your Shopify store but have already disabled it, then it may be installed on your theme code and needs to be manually removed.
First, though, please try these few easy steps to see if it works:
1. Disable the launcher in your Map Theming
2. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting your Shopify store from the overlay installation.
3. If both of those solutions don't work, you will need to go to your Shopify theme and click "Edit Code".
Look inside your index.liquid file for a script on top that says closeby.co in the url. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to our support and we'd be happy to help.
